At Reloved Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original condition. Please note that as a resale platform, items must still have all Reloved Again tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all security tags and designer labels remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
